A wonderful Christmas present given to Mausi this year was a handmade gift from a (relatively) local artisan. These sweet alphabet ‘keys’ with their fun silk-screened images, came strung on a piece of twine and kept together in a cotton bag. Although she isn’t quite old enough to really follow the alphabet, picking up the wooden cards and looking at the pictures is a wonderful tactile way to introduce the letters.
Thanks Uncle J.
