Autumn knitting is a wonderful thing…as the evenings are dark much earlier, the rain hits the windows, and outside the temperatures are getting colder, it is nice to be curled on the the couch with knitting in hand. These last few weeks have been so busy for us though, that I haven’t had much time to actually sit and knit.

But, for a quick update on what is on and off my needles…remember this summer knitting? It was finished quite a while ago, but I’ve held off posting until Mausi’s little cousin S had her birthday (Happy first Birthday little S!). I think Mausi enjoyed wearing it for some photos, and I hope little S will too! This little Pixie is currently on it’s way to England.

On my needles, although there are no photos just yet, I have this hoodie in a lovely golden, harvest yellow for Mausi, and a couple of Christmas knits that are still secrets!

Reminds me a bit of wool balaclava hoods my mum used to knit us in England! Not sure if they are called that anymore?

You are so talented. I wish I had your skill. I subscribe to your blog and read most of the post. But, I enjoy the photos most of all.

Thank-you! Knitting is something I really love doing, and when knitting for little people it is even more enjoyable! While I have taken one or two of the pictures on the blog, most of them have been taken by Mausi’s papa, who I think enjoys taking photographs as much as I enjoy knitting!
