Pretty sure that #4 is the weed that I am losing the battle with in my front garden. If so, pull them out now before they get any bigger, the roots are VERY hard to get out once they get big, and they grow fast!

    1. Solomon’s Seal
    2. Poppies
    3. Anemone
    4. ??
    5. Easter Lily (or some type of lily)
    6. Echinachea

    Happy gardening!

My gardening cousin responded via e-mail as well, and she was also stumped at #4. Perhaps I will just take it out and head off trying to get out a larger weed later on…on the off-chance that it was a plant I wanted I will have to put another in!

    Thanks for the input!

  4. The mystery plant #4 looks like a common herb sometimes called Heal-all, Selfheal or All-heal. (prunella vulgaris)
As the name implies it is considered a herb with a multitude of uses. It is quite bland in taste but it’s natural healing traits are a great additive to any herbal tea mix.
