Wind has now left few leaves clinging to the trees. The sky is grey, the ground wet; soggy piles of brown leaves line our street. But it is November 1st, and this is part and parcel of late fall. What beautiful autumn weather we have had this year, and we have made it out for a number of walks beneath golden leaves and autumn sun. We can hardly complain!
And on to the next half of autumn!
